Cygnet
Vazier is a good director; I wonder if he will bring more reconstructions to the Bolshoi's repertoire... I'll go on record to say, that I highly doubt he will rock the boat and overcome the entrenched conservatism against reconstructions there. I do not doubt that he will bring his main protégée. I'll be shocked if he doesn't. Link to comment
Helene
Now they just need Tsiskaridze to take over the Mariinsky, and the switcharound will be complete. Link to comment

Stecyk
What does the future hold for Sergei Filin? Will he continue to be associated with the Bolshoi in some capacity? Link to comment
Drew
What does the future hold for Sergei Filin? Will he continue to be associated with the Bolshoi in some capacity? He has been offered a position--I believe in developing/overseeing new choreography in the theater. However, to my knowledge he has not accepted (or rejected) it yet. Link to comment
Stecyk
Thank you Drew for your response. I can't imagine being in Filin's position with degraded eyesight and having to secure other work. Link to comment
ABT Fan
I wonder who will take over La Scala from Vaziev. Link to comment
