These roles are traditionally done by younger girls in the corps who are "small" girls (vs. "tall" girls). It is certainly great that even apprentices get a chance to have their moment in the spotlight. oberon Posted December 2, 2004 Share Posted December 2, 2004 Oddly, in the lobby, the casting for next week hasn't gone up - at least not as of 1:00 today when I stopped by. Usually it is put up on Tuesday afternoon. When it is late it sometimes indicates that they are shifting dancers around to cover for injuries. So far, no sign of Abi, Korbes, Jennie Somogyi or Pascale van Kipnis. Bummer. Link to comment

Per the NYCB website, Carrie Lee Riggins has been replaced by "tba" for Dewdrop tomorrow night...I especially wanted to see her & Alexandra in the same performance and I bought a ticket ahead of time...which I normally don't do. Of course, "tba" could be interesting...but I do like Carrie Lee & wanted to see her in something big... Link to comment

So I guess it depends how far back you go. I mostly just went to Act 2 also. But I went last Saturday and paid $12. Is the $15 for regular rep? Link to comment
