Helene
Next season is Cincinnati Ballet's 50th anniversary season. As part of the season, Cincinnati Ballet and Ballet Met are collaborating on two programs, to be presented in Columbus and Cincinnati: In October 2013, both companies present "Swan Lake" with choreography by Devon Carney, Gerard Charles and Victoria Morgan after Petipa/Ivanov. In March 2014, they collaborate on Balanchine's "Symphony in C," on a program that includes the Cincinnati Ballet's Otto M. Budig Academy in "Bolero," and Ballet Met in a piece that is TBD: http://www.cballet.org/50 I think it's exciting when two companies can work together to present larger ballets that are unfeasible for either company.
