San Francisco Ballet just posted a link on its Facebook Page to a blog post announcing Elana Altman's retirement, Altman's brief, gracious statement, and news that she'll be studying in Italy for a master's degree at University of Gastronomic Sciences.

And now Courtney Elizabeth leaves, too! That adds up to three principals and three soloists.

I'm very curious as to who will be promoted in my favourite company.

Gentle Reminder,

If you can't say because there's no official source, please do not tell us you can't say. That's a given.

Edited to add: this goes for "There's news coming up the pike" as well as specidic news.

If Helgi Tomasson says officially that there's news coming, that's fine to post.
