FPF Posted September 7, 2023 Share Posted September 7, 2023 Dnipro is the Ukrainian name for the river, whereas Dnieper is Russian. Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Ratmansky now prefers to use the Ukrainian name. Link to comment
