sandik Posted June 22, 2015 Share Posted June 22, 2015 Just listened to an interview with Schuller from 2002-ish (broadcast to mark his death this weekend) where he talks about his work with ragtime music. I tend to forget that he and his colleagues were really responsible for that revival -- the music always seem so ubiquitous that it doesn't seem possible that it was pretty much moribund for years.
