Do you guys really think dancers say that to directors? How is SFB known for its rehab program? Would a dancer really choose to go there for that? I wish there was a way to know these things...

Sasha Mukhamedov was a principal at Dutch National so it's odd that she would want to be at San Francisco Ballet doing less... Yes, Carmela Mayo and Joshua Jack Price have been getting big chances and doing well so that's exciting for them!

Just a couple tips from what I experienced. I flew to Vail and felt so nauseous from the landing that I preferred to drive back with some people I met there! The altitude felt fine to me but I was young and healthy. I remember seeing dancers using oxygen side stage when dancing hard parts though.

I was going to say Jasmine Jimison but that just happened 👏🏻 Also Parker Garrison should have been promoted to soloist after Mere Mortals. He was incredible once again. Just like he stole the show during last year's gala and during MADCAP. Who else would you guys promote?

How exciting!! Jasmine was promoted on stage after the last performance of Marguerite and Armand. It had been coming for a while... Well deserved!

Isn't it different if it's an established principal who is no longer at the top of their dancing physically vs a young soloist who is probably hoping to someday get to be principal? I would think they would not refuse something like Giselle...

Thank you. To clarify, I was asking specifically about "doesn't see herself in that role"... That makes it sound like the dancers are the ones who have a say in casting. I've seen people write that several times on this forum... Was curious...

Is that how casting works?
