Re sightlines: I don't know about center orchestra, but the seats in the side orchestra are not staggered, which can be problematic if you're short like me. I've really like seats across the 1st Tier -- the incline is great.

Hi -- I've long been a fan of this site but haven't had much to post until now. Do you need to go to the box office in person to pick up standing room/unsold ADA seats? Over the phone? Thank you!
