IBStage Stars Galas - NY City Center - Friday, January 17 and Saturday, January 18, 2025

Not sure if anyone has seen this, but I didn’t see it posted on BA.  NY City Center is having two performances of a Stars Gala on Friday, January 17 and Saturday, January 18, 2025.  The performances were supposed to take place in September, but have been changed to January.

There are two programs with a lot of overlap. I only discovered it because I was looking to see what Simkin was up to these days (he’s dancing at both performances with many other dancers as noted below). I couldn’t resist and bought tickets to both programs. It’s an interesting group of dancers and pdds. Below are details and the link if anyone is interested.

I found it a bit questionable that they were listing the same performers for the originally scheduled September dates and the rescheduled January dates.  I have a feeling there will be many casting changes by the time these shows take place.
