Behind the scenes with the stage managers at Royal Winnipeg Ballet's Nutcracker.

[Mike] Duggan, 36, is a longtime freelance stage manager who came up with Jacobson, but he had never stage-managed for ballet before joining the RWB for this year’s production of Nutcracker, which has been touring across the country over the past month.
