Ballet San Jose on tour with Vasiliev Osipova

Ballet San Jose has been invited to tour with Natalia Osipova and Ivan Vasiliev.

Osipova and Vasiliev will make their debuts in Roland Petit's Carmen with Ballet San Jose, with the remainder of the program made up of the pair performing pas de deux. Performances will start July 25-27 at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa, then continue at the Stanislavsky Theatre in Moscow July 31 and Aug. 1-3. Carmen was included on the Coliseum/ENO website yesterday ... but has suddenly disappeared today. It looks as if it might entirely be the O/V show ... which would be fine by me ... and it seems many here (e.g., in London).
