dirac
From the Guardian, a piece by Alex Hannaford describing the experience of the “socially excluded” at a Royal Opera House performance. Kearns is here on a cut-price ticket, courtesy of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, a charity set up in 1987 to address issues of inequality through the arts and education. The foundation has sunk £1.3m into the scheme, which is dedicated to ensuring that the socially excluded - former prisoners, the homeless, and mentally ill people - get access to the arts. http://www.guardian.co.uk/arts/features/st...1438260,00.html Link to comment
