Ari
So Fairchild isn't doing Carousel? I hope her punishing Saratoga schedule hasn't caught up with her. Link to comment
bobbi
Yippee!! I see that Bouder is dancing with DeLuz in the third movement of Bizet on Sunday. And there I thought she had dropped off the radar screen :sweating: What a relief. I am hoping our Danish correspondents will post on that one.l Link to comment
rg
bouder was also back a bit last nycb season. she appeared as a cheerleader/bird in 'carnival of the animals' at least once, and was in the divertissement pas de douze of act 2 midsummer too. plus maybe, & could be hallucinating, corps of thaik. piano con. #2? in any case this solo part is good to see on the casting. Manhattnik
Bouder also did the soloist role in PC #2. Link to comment
sneds
Hi! Fairchild has never done 'Carousel' before (unless I've been really asleep!)-it's always been Ansanelli. So unless Fiarchild was supposed to debut in Copenhagen, no surprise there. At one point, Janie Taylor was supposed to make her debut in 'Carousel', but the casting was changed back to Ansanelli. I don't see Fairchild in the casting, but she's probably in the corps of 'Piano Pieces' and other ballets. Kate Link to comment
Anna NYC
Bouder also danced the second movement lead of Western Symphony at SPAC (Saratoga Springs). Link to comment
