Fritz Scholder. great artist, died Thursday at his home in Scottsdale AZ. He was 67.

Generally considered the Father of the contemporary American Indian art movement, among his students were T.C. Cannon, Dan Namingha & Doug Hyde.

Painter, Poet, Teacher. An ascerbic & funny man. He did love to party.
