kfw
From a Merce Cunningham Trust email: As part of the ongoing Cunningham Fellowship Program, Patricia Lent, Trustee and Director of Licensing (MCDC 1984 - 1993), and Jamie Scott (MCDC 2009 - 2011) have been working with a select group of dancers for three weeks to reconstruct a 30-minute version of the 60-minute Cunningham dance Roaratorio (1983). This reconstruction includes material from various sections throughout the piece and allows for a sense of traveling the complete arc of the work. The 4:30 p.m. showing on Friday, June 6 will be livestreamed at Dance and New Media. An archived performance of a January 30 Event can be found here. Link to comment
