The decision to forego NYC was purely fiscal in nature. The combination of low advanced ticket sales and the higher costs of production in NYC precluded the Company from following through with the scheduled NYC performances.

The Stuttgart Ballet arrived in Costa Mesa, CA yesterday and will have their first performance in the Orange County Performing Arts Center on Tuesday evening. The tour will last through April 26 ending in NYC. I was even further confused in that there was a question in a different thread about the Stuttgart Ballet USA tour that is to begin later this month to which there have been to date exactly zero responses. All of which was making me wonder if the Stuttgart Ballet was but a myth. I trust that is not so. Thanks and regards...Doug.
