On the San Francisco Ballet's website, Nancy Goldner's program notes on the six Balanchine works that comprise SFB's Balanchine Celebration are posted:

Serenade, Four Temperaments, Apollo:

Program 5 Notes

Square Dance, Stravinsky Violin Concerto, Who Cares?

Program 6 Notes

In the Program 6 Notes there are quotes from living originators of the roles. Notable are Bart Cook's description of working with Balanchine on the new "Sarabande" solo in Square Dance and short comments by Martins (Stravinsky Violin Concerto) and McBride and von Aroldingen ("Who Cares?).
