I'll try to write formally later, but just wanted to encourage people to go to this, even at the last minute. It could be the holiday weekend, but there are an awful lot of seats available (or there were on Monday night) and this is just a lovely production. I don't want them to drop it from repertory because it loses money. How much Ashton do we get to see here after all?

I believe Tuesday night is Ananiashvili/Beletserkosky, Weds matinee is Reyes/Corella and evening Murphy/Stiefel. For those on a budget, orchestra standing room was basically empty, but you'll need to stand the whole first act (which is more than half the ballet)

Amen! This is a lovely production of a truly great ballet. It renews one's faith in the art form.
