Guest thedancingpineapple
one of my favorite composers is mendelsohhn, and there is one particular song ive been trying to find on a cd. I haven't the slightest idea what its called, but if you go to http://www.classicalarchives.com/mendel.html and click on the Book 3 Op. 38 "lost happiness" midi you can hear a very fast version of it. its usually much slower. Its really not a well known song, so im having a lot of trouble finding it. does anyone have any advice? Link to comment
Mel Johnson
This is part of the "Songs Without Words" (Lieder ohne Wörte) series that Mendelssohn wrote for the piano. Click the Amazon banner, and type in "Mendelssohn Songs without Words". There are quite a few recordings of the whole cycle available. Link to comment
