All ticket sales for the Dutch National Ballet (and all other performances in Het Muziektheater) start three months before the first performance of a production. For example: The Sleeping Beauty has its first performance on 10 December 2007. Ticket sales start on 10 September 2007.

The Box Office opening times:
- Monday to Saturday: from 10am - 6pm
- Sundays and public holidays: from 11.30am - 2.30pm
- When there is an evening performance, the box office is open until curtain-up.
