Is the video Ballet Bootcamp really good? Do you get any results?

Give us more information. We (read that "I") don't know what Ballet Bootcamp is. Let us (me) know.

I don't really think that anything is the same as taking ballet class. This video looks to me that it might not be for serious ballet students anyway...since all the dancers are wearing sneakers. I've found when buying yoga or pilates videos that it's pretty much a process of trail and error. Each video I own has one really strong section, but the rest is laking. Good luck
