I am a new member to this site, but a very old dancer in relative ballet terms LOL....  24 is sooooooo young to the rest of the world....  I began ballet lessons just before I turned 3 years old and trained for 17 years before I was forced to "retire" due to my long-time struggle with anorexia.  I am now returning to ballet for my last chance at my life-long dream

Welcome, preppyjrenee!  We are happy to have you here at BalletTalk.

We're all here because we share a love of ballet.  I hope you'll enjoy our discussions.

I recognize the difficult struggle you've been through to return to good health.  Good for you!
