It was so nice to hear live music again! The orchestra will be back next season for Swan Lake and A Balanchine Series which will consist of Allegro Brilliante, Theme and Variations, and Who cares....VERY exciting!

Was anyone able to see Carmen a couple weekends ago? What did you think of it? I am new to pittsburgh and as my first time to see PBT perform, I was very impressed. I wasn't sure what to think about the protesting in front of the theatre before all the performances due to the loss of the orchestra.

Does anyone believe PBT will actually go out of business? I am a little nervous reading these posts as I have just committed to attend their post grad program in the fall. Now I am wondering if this is such a good idea. But unfortunately my plans are final. I am hoping for the best!
