I saw today’s performance and was blown away by Namouna. Ashley Laracey was my highlight as well @vipa.  She should have been promoted long ago. Seeing her dance side by side Gerrity on Friday in Barocco she had a much stronger performance. 

I couldn't agree more in regard to Megan Fairchild. I think after having her first child she has become a more interesting dancer to watch. Ditto x3 on Laracey she has been ready for awhile now.

Regarding Laracey, she's almost 40 so there would be little logic in promoting her at this point, especially when the principal rank currently has a lot of dancers who are getting closer to the end of their careers. Sad it didn't happen earlier for her. 

Sad to think that age should have anything to do with being promoted. Who really decides how long a dancer dances? Wendy W. danced way beyond 40. I think Ashley has many years left in her if she chooses.
