What crimes have the suspended been accused of? I don't see any criminal charges against them.

Don't forget, Waterbury could lose this lawsuit if it turns out that her allegations aren't true. We should not pass judgement until a court rules on the evidence.

This is not correct, Catazaro was injured.

Precisely. It seems degrading to hold people accountable for personal interactions unless there's criminal liability. People need to be allowed to have personal lives, but clearly companies are only looking out for their own reputation in this climate.
