dirac
I saw this on Bravo a few days ago and apart from recommending it for general reasons, Williams mentions a performance the Graham company did at Juilliard and then presents his own version of late period Graham, which involves much thrashing around in a black jacket pulled over his head; and he also says he took classes from Anna Sokolow, "who'd grab you in places a drill sergeant would hesitate to go," and gives a graphic demonstration thereof. There's also a quick revisiting of the rapid-fire choreographers' impression he did in "The Birdcage." Really enjoyed it. Bravo repeats a lot, so it should turn up again. Link to comment
