abatt
I liked Winter's Tale when it played the Koch. It is far superior to Water For Chocolate in terms of choreography. Link to comment

abatt
I think it may have been Natl Ballet of Canada but not sure. Link to comment
FauxPas
It was National Ballet of Canada and the year was 2016 and the cast I saw had Guillaume Coté and Svetlana Lunkina. I remember liking it. Edited July 2 by FauxPas Link to comment
volcanohunter
Lunkina dances Paulina in the ballet, the role originated by Zenaida Yanowsky. Côté's Hermione was Sonia Rodriguez. Link to comment
abatt
So it appears that next season at the Met will have Winter's Tale and Crime and Punishment. If we are again dealing with a 5 week season, that would leave only 3 weeks for classical ballet (one of which will be occupied by Swan Lake). Link to comment
ABT Fan
But, wouldn’t they also bring back Wolf Works again for a second year, as per custom? Link to comment
DPell
I think Crime and Punishment is set for the fall season. Link to comment
