Whoa - wasn't expecting this news. Well, the position of director at the Paris Opera Ballet has always tended toward the short side (Brigitte Lefevre being the exception). Link to comment
volcanohunter Posted June 16, 2022 Author Share Posted June 16, 2022 I suppose she was something of a placeholder, an emergency replacement after Millepied's abrupt resignation. But a month and a half's notice is pretty sudden as well. Her tenure coincided with a dancers' strike that began in 2019, then the Covid lockdown. Link to comment
