Quote The music is Steve Reich’s pulsing, syncopated “Variations for Vibes, Pianos and Strings,” while the movement is jazzy, athletic and playful. But the star is the setting: the empty halls and galleries of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, where a cast of 10 frolic, and a breakout talent, Jasmine Jimison, is drawn to a golden-leafed ginkgo tree in a rooftop courtyard, nature’s forms and colors rivaling a Calder mobile.
