Quote The organization announced in May 2019 that Pugh would no longer serve as artistic director. Steven McMahon, who began his career as a Ballet Memphis company dancer in 2004, assumed the role of artistic director. Related. Quote It did not take many minutes for her mother to persuade her to take the San Francisco offer. Vicarious living is a strong motivator. “I didn’t want to be a dancer. Quote Last year the company brought “The Nutcracker,” “Swan Lake” and “Sleeping Beauty” over to the United States, he said. This year, they’re adding “Romeo and Juliet” to the roster. Link to comment
