California
I was wondering if a major ballet company would get the idea of a summer camp for ballet-loving non-dancers. San Francisco seems to be the first to give it a try. June 5-9, 2017. Perhaps others will try if this is a success. https://www.sfballet.org/school/adult-ballet/workshop NYCB seems to have greatly expanded their adult ballet essentials class (and doubled the price from just a couple of years ago): http://www.nycballet.com/Educate/Public-Programs/Ballet-Essentials.aspx I think there's money to be made there! sandik
A local studio (Dance Fremont) has run an adult ballet workshop in the summertime, but SFB's version seems much more complex. They're going to do a studio performance of excerpts from Lambarena? Link to comment
