volcanohunter
Medici TV has announced that it will stream Maurice Béjart's ballet to Beethoven's Ninth Symphony in a joint performance by Béjart Ballet Lausanne and Tokyo Ballet, filmed this past weekend in Tokyo. There is no indication of whether there will be any regional blocks, but the program will be available on the Medici TV site from Saturday, November 15, apparently starting at 2:00 p.m. Eastern. http://www.medici.tv/#/ninth-symphony-beethoven-bejart-ballet-tokyo In order to watch streams on Medici TV, free-of-charge registration is required. sandik
I've never seen this -- not sure I can be in front of the machine at that time, but will give it a big try. Link to comment
volcanohunter
I am under the impression that it will be available on demand: "an event available on medici.tv starting from November 15, 2014." Streams on Medici TV usually are. It's how long they stay up that varies. Link to comment
volcanohunter
If you're in Europe, or have the means to disguise your computer as a French one, the ballet is already available on the Arte Concert web site until December 5th. I'm hoping the Medici feed will cover the areas Arte is cutting off, because this one isn't even available in Japan. http://concert.arte.tv/fr/la-neuvieme-de-maurice-bejart Link to comment
