Bayerische Staatsoper to Live Stream Ratmansky's "Paquita"

The Bayerische Staatsoper just sent their list of 2014-15 live stream performances, and the only ballet offering is the Ratmansky "Paquita," who is assisted by Doug Fullington on the notated scores..

The production premieres in December, but by January 11, 2015, the Staatsballett will have a bunch of performances under their belt. It's an early start: 6pm CET (12pm EST, 11am CST, 10am MST, and 9am PST).

it's a Sunday, hence the early start time (other days of the week performances start at 730 in Munich)

Ah, yes. I erroneously assumed the stream would be on a Saturday, as the ballet streams were last season.

I wonder how it compares to the Lacotte "Paquita" bits of which were in the Wiseman film... Would love to see this... Hope it will be available via youtube afterward the way some livestream events seem to be...

You would have to count on someone other than the opera house to post it. Generally speaking, streams from the Bavarian State Opera are available live only and unfortunately are not accessible afterward.
