Kathleen O'Connell
Still writing at 91! I think Fahrenheit 451 was the first work of dystopian sci-fi I ever read, or rather, devoured. Rest in peace. Link to comment
Bonnette
Of his short stories, my favorite was There Will Come Soft Rains; of his novels, Something Wicked This Way Comes. Cooger and Dark's Pandemonium Shadow Show! The moods he spun... Thank you and RIP, Mr. Bradbury. Link to comment
sandik
He was so amazingly prolific -- I'm still working my way through the anthologies. With him gone, though, we've lost the last of that generation of science fiction writers. Link to comment
stinger784
I met him at a book signing when I was a wee little lad after I saw The Martian Chronicles miniseries from the library. I also read the books and have two signed items from him. He was very welcoming and somewhere in that memory box of mine, I have a picture with him. Link to comment
