bart
Thank you so much, innopac. I had not heard of this book but have now purchased it through Ballet Alert's Amazon link. Books that place ballet art into the larger context of changing events and ideas are definitely my favorite ballet writings. This sounds marvelous and a nice supplement to Ivor Guest's series of book on POB. Incidentally, the Amazon price is discounted and available for free shipping. Just click the Amazon box at the top of this page. Link to comment
