Gavin Larsen is teaching in Asheville, NC, and in this Conversations on Dance Podcast episode, she discusses her career and then the challenges of teaching online with Rebecca King Ferraro and Michael Breeden:

I loved her dancing and was really happy when she returned to the West Coast to dance with Oregon Ballet Theatre, where I got to see her perform featured roles.

In a still conceptual project, Kathryn Morgan wants to start a small group of professional dancers who would partner with schools, and she mentioned Sean Rollofson as someone she'd like to participate.

I was happy to hear his name mentioned: I miss his dancing.

PNB just linked an article about Lindsi Dec and Karel Cruz's new studio, the DeCruz Ballet Studio, which they opened in San Antonio this past September.  My favorite quote is:

Quote

“Right now, we are focusing on a professional program where we look at the structure and curriculum of what we have learned and what we were lacking when we were growing up,” said Dec. “We look at what we wished we had.”

I remember Dec saying in a Q&A that being in Seattle, she missed the sun..  She'll certainly get as much sun as she wants in San Antonio!

This recent article in Pointe Magazine features five dancers for whom the pandemic changed the course of their careers.  Two are former PNB dancers Steven Loch and Jahna Franziskonis, and one if former PNBS Professional Division dancers, Kyle Davis, who joined Ballet West II upon graduation and became a Ballet West company member.  I was sorely disappointed when he wasn't asked to join PNB, and I'm glad that he was featured here.

A friend of a friend was in Monte Carlo and saw both Jerome and Laura Tisserand in Maillot's production of Faust.  Jerome Tisserand was Faust in one cast, and Laura Tisserand was Death in a second cast.
