Cabro- they also used to list the Dolls- which I liked knowing. :-(

Is there any reason people aren't posting threads like this in the NYCB folder anymore? I know everyone is putting things like reviews in "Recent performances" (including myself) but that NYCB folder used to be very active, and now the last post was in August!! What's the "correct" way we should be doing this?

Thanks,

Sandi

You're right about the dolls, of course.

All individual company forums have been archived, not able to receive new posts. BT has been reorganized. So if you have news, you can post in Heads Up!, if you want to review performances, you can post in Recent Performances, etc.

I just realized -- they seem to have omitted the Lead Flowers... :(

For next week's Wed Nov 28-Sun Dec 2 perfs the Lead Flowers are, as per the theater lobby posting at 3:15 PM today,

Keenan/Golbin, Rutherford/Tinsley-Williams, LeCrone/Laracey, Keenan/Golbin, Ostrom/Hankes, King/Laracey, Ostrom/Hankes.

If memory serves, Sofiane does not join the company until January. I think she dances with the Het over the holidays.

The last few years, she did dance a SPF and a Dewdrop or two before leaving for Holland. I did catch her as the Dewdrop late in November of last year (Maybe if I've lost ALL short term memory, it was 2005)

But she wasn't much of a presence last Winter or Spring, she just came in few a few performances in Winter and then a few more in Spring. From what I understand, she was occupied by a production of Bayadere at the Het at the same time.

I hope she is around a little more this Winter but obviously time will tell.
