Neryssa
I saw a documentary on a local educational channel recently about Maria Tallchief (copyright 2007). It contained footage of Tallchief and The New York City Ballet that I have never seen before (beautiful clips of Firebird and Swan Lake). It is only 60 minutes and was produced by itvs. Hope I am allowed to post this link (http://itvs.org/shows/ataglance.php?showID=7491) Has anybody seen this documentary? It also included interviews with Marjorie Tallchief, Yvonne Chouteau, Vida Brown, and Helen Kramer. Neryssa Link to comment
Jack Reed
Welcome among us, Neryssa! And thank you for telling us about this. We've started to talk about it in another forum: http://ballettalk.invisionzone.com/index.php?showtopic=25979 Would you like to join in? You didn't say much abut what you saw, and, of course, some of us haven't seen it yet, if we ever do, but we're still interested. Link to comment
