looking for "in the middle somewhat elevated" cd

I am looking to buy a Thom Willems CD "the loss of small details" with "in the middle somewhat elevated". It seems like the French Amazon sells this CD but not the American one (I am in the US). Is there anybody who knows where I can find this CD or even mp3 (even better)? Thank you for your information in advance.
