Looking for any performances of Kay Mazzo

After seeing Kay Mazzo on video in Balanchine's 'Stravinsky Violin Concerto' she has been a tremendous influence on me. I was wondering if anyone possibly had any other performances of her on video. I think I read that she was filmed in Duo Concertante with NYCB in the 1970's but I don't know if that was ever televised or anything but if anyone does have anything with her please let me know. Thanks!
