  1. I was able to see both shows. Bravo to the students and the ABT Summer Intensive teachers and staff.
  2. Everyone is familiar with the Blue Collar Comedy Tour and Larry the Cable Guy (I will contect this to the story). My DD had the opportunity to perform in The Nutcracker last December. She danced in Waltz of the Flowers. My dad does not like to attend the ballet. DD really wanted him to attend as she was dancing alongside Sascha Radetsky and Stephanie Walz. She Begged him to go and my mom guilted him into attending. We had our seats in the seventh row. My dad was 5 seats away from me. Mother Gigone came out in her giant dress and I heard a familiar voice say..........."Gitter Done" (I told you I would contect Larry the Cable Guy to this story) I sunk into my seat, hiding behind my program.
  3. The Nutcracker presented by Abigail Francisco and accompanied by the annapolis symphony orchestra was the last performance. After 14 years Abigail francisco is letting the nutcracker rest. Sascha Radetsky as the Cavalier and Stephanie Walz as the Sugar Plum Fairy. The two gave amazing performances. We are so lucky to have Abigail francisco in our small town. She has brought people to the ballet who would otherwise never had thought of attending. She spares nothing, some of the shows have rivaled the kennedy center performances. This all takes place in a rural community just south of washington, D.C. I can't wait to see what she will do next and the professional dancers she will bring here. Nutcracker story in the Bay Weekly
  4. Abigail Francisco School of Classical Ballet, along with the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra present the Nutcracker. Featuring Sascha Radetsky, Soloist with ABT, as the Cavalier & Stephanie Walz, Soloist with Maximum Dance Company in Miami, as the Sugar Plum Fairy. December 3rd & 4th at the Mary D. Harrison Cultural Arts Center in Owings, Maryland. This is not your average Ballet School performance. abigailsclassicalballet.com
  5. Buy your tickets to the kennedy center early if you want good seats. I tried to purchase tickets to see ABT a couple weeks ago and the saturday performance was sold out and not much left for the thursday show.
  6. One of the many Nutcrackers in the D.C. area is being presented by Abigail Francisco School of Classical. This Nutcracker will star Sascha Radetsky, soloist with ABT, as the Cavalier & Stephanie Walz, soloist with Maximum Dance Company, as the Sugar Plum Fairy.
