New York City Ballet's Coppelia has been rescheduled for Saturday, June 6.
Anyone watching NYCB Coppelia? It's not listed on LC website nor its YT page.

No streaming from Lincoln Center tonight?
I checked both LC site and YT, nothing. It's uncleared what the rescheduled date is, if it's rescheduled.

School of American Ballet starts streaming its workshop performances on June 1, 2020:
SAB performance stream has been postponed:
"The School of American Ballet has made the decision to postpone the Virtual Workshop Performance Celebration which had been scheduled to stream from Monday, June 1, to Friday, June 5. At this time of national strife and soul searching following the murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Tony McDade, and Breonna Taylor, the focus of our School has turned to reflection and purposeful solidarity with the Black community. We will revisit our plans for the Virtual Workshop Performance Celebration at a more appropriate time in the coming months."

The Met will stream on June 6, 7:30PM Silas Farley's site-specific piece "Songs of the Spirit" danced by himself and members of NYCB:

Sigh. I made a donation, but never got the invite. $$$ for a good cause, nonetheless.
I made a donation on Wed. and received the invite on Fri. A friend donated on Friday and haven't got an invite. If there's a deadline I am not aware of it. Definitely send them email to inquire.
-
Although it's not free, any donation amount will gain you access to PNB "Giselle" streaming tonight 7pm Pacific time:
Quote*PNB News* This Friday, we're celebrating our supporters by sharing PNB's Opening Night performance of Giselle in 2014 with Kaori Nakamura and Jerome Tisserand in the leads.
Ticket buyers and donors will find an email invite in their inbox Friday with our House Party 2.0 - everything you need for digitally curated PNB evening at home (including recipes and giveaways from our friends at Fran's Chocolates).
There's still time to get on the guest list! Invites will be sent Friday for gifts of any size >> http://bit.ly/PNBReliefFund

I don't know whether it's considered as public information. I just received a voice mail from Joyce Theater that all performances are canceled thru the end of June. I didn't bother to check the website to verify, if it's not considered as public info, please remove.
Also there will be a weekly streaming on Friday.
-
I assume the summer season is going to be canceled as well? Any words?

Not ballet related, Canada and Australia will not participate in 2020 Tokyo Olympic if it's not postponed.
-
I hope Stella will have her farewell performance, whether in the spring (increasingly unlikely), or fall (hopefully) season.
-
I received voice mail from the box office telling me the same, and provided me the last 4 digits of my credit card used to buy the tickets, so I I knew it was legit. I called back directly to the State Theater, which is on my contact list for years, and provided the info, refund appeared 3 days later on my credit card.
-
The final round and gala have been postponed, not cancelled, to a date to be determined.

My understanding is that the Mariinsky and the Bolshoi are closed. I'm in Moscow with a reservation to leave for LA tomorrow on Aeroflot.
Hope to be back as soon as possible.
It was great to see the folks I know even for such a short visit. I wish them the best.
The Mariinsky is closed thru the end of month, at least for now. Mikhailovsky is the last one standing.
Have a safe trip home.
-
I just heard every YAGP events at the State Theater have been cancelled.
-
What's the running time?
-
http://paballet.org/2020-2021-season/
Cinderella (Stevenson)
Nutcracker (Balanchine)
New Stories (3 world premieres by current and former PAB dancers)
Swan Lake (Corella)
All Balanchine (Serenade, Divertimenta #15, Stars and Stripes)
Coppelia (Corella)

I'd skip it if they bring Le Parc to NYC.
-
Highlight: a new production of Raymonda, Chicago and Montreal tours.
-
Gala casting: Diana Vishneva, Marcelo Gomes, Lauren Lovette, Maria Khoreva, Anna Ol, Daniil Simkin, Victor Caixeta, and Gilbert Holden III.
I am curious why Vishneva is listed as "Principal Guest Artist", not "Mariinsky Ballet" as with Khoreva and Caixeta. Will she have retired from the company by then?

NYCB schedule 3/23/--3/28/21 at KC is strange, that's when the company has the last week of the winter season. Does that mean if there's a winter season it will be shortened or moved forward to early January?
