I'm not sure Jean-Guillaume Bart counts as a, "Living legend," but La Source would probably be a nice choice for the SF dancers. Among living legends, the first ballets that comes to mind are Pierre Lacotte's Paquita or La Sylphide. Joffrey is performing Sylvia this fall.
