I love this moment in Ratmansky's Giselle for the Bolshoi: the Wilis surround Albrecht, intent on killing him. Then Giselle flies out, desperate to save him. She breaks into the circle and leads him away from the Wilis, who chase them. In the middle of the chase, he carries her across the front of the stage to the safety of the tomb and the cross. But the impression one has is of Giselle flying across the stage. After that, comes the fugue.
