has anyone ever heard of a ballet called Napoly, I think it is, we're doing variations from it for our SI.

Annike, Napoli is a ballet by August Bournonville (Danish choreographer) choreographed in 1842! The variations are from the last act and were choreographed by a later choreographer named Hans Beck about 50 years after the ballet was first performed -- they wanted to add dances to the last act.

There was a video of Napoli about 15 years ago but I'm not sure it's still on the market. For an idea of what the Bournonville style looks like, go to www.bournonville.com I'm sure there are some photos of dancers in Napoli there.
