Jarred Drozd
Quote Hi, I just wanted to post to let teachers and dancers know about my Classical piano CD for Ballet classes, I don't know if this is the right section to post it, and it's a plug but some people might find it useful. I am on CDbaby a little bit on Itunes. I'm not including any links yet, moderation please let me know. Thanks Quote Link to comment
Helene
Welcome to Ballet Alert!, Jarred. We are an audience site, and while there are some teachers and dancers/students among us, we're not really your target audience. I think you're looking for our sister site, Ballet Talk for Dancers: http://dancers.invisionzone.com/ If you scroll to the bottom of the site, you'll find a "contact us" link that will allow you to send a message to their Moderators team, so that you can ask them if it would be appropriate to post. Your "here" is not a link. Could you tell me in which subsection of the forum I can post my links? thank you, Jarred Quote Link to comment
Helene
You can post a link by copying and pasting it into the post box as a "reply" to this thread. URLs usually resolve to clickable links. (Sorry for the shorthand earlier.) Quote Link to comment
Jarred Drozd
Hi everybody, I have CDs with classical piano music for ballet. They have inspiring classical and popular solo piano music including Chopin, Bach, Tchaikovsky, Verdi, Brahms, Ravel, Mozart, Grieg and others. The music is edited for length, phrases and tempos to suit a classical ballet class. All music is “square” e.g. 8, 16, 32 counts etc. though some are “continuous” version. This CD is intended for beginner to advanced levels. All pieces have a four count introduction and clear phrasing to accommodate ballet movements. Music was performed on a solo piano. It’s herehttps://store.cdbaby.com/Artist/JarredDrozdand one of them on ITuneshttps://itunes.apple.com/ca/album/piano-music-for-ballet-class-inspirations-i/1303644998 Quote Link to comment
