Jann Arden: Ben, where are you?

Ben Heppner: I'm at my son's house. I had to install a stove.

Arden: So you're not just another good-looking thing. People don't understand the glamour of everyday life in the music business.

Heppner: There was a moment when I turned on the gas and I thought, 'I hope I live until tomorrow.'
