  7. I've also heard this. Does anybody know when he'll join though? Because I thought he still had something broken.. It's unfortunate for us Texans..it was always so fun to watch him.
  8. I'm definetly going! I'm hoping to catch two shows but I don't know who to watch. I know all the Aurora's and Lilac's will be great but I want to watch someone who is devine in this ballet. Any suggestions?
  9. But didn't they try a school for a few years in the 70's? Anybody know why it didn't go?
  10. Well, I'm getting mine for $45.25. But it's a group discount because my studio bought group tickets (30). So I'm guessing about $50. I would look on www.ticketmaster.com and see the price and things on their site. Hope I helped!
  11. Thank you all very much. I've got 4 tickets to Swan Lake on December 4! This is there first ever performance in MN. And I have pretty good tickets:)! They're also doing The Nutcracker but I couldn't afford tickets to those.
  12. Does anybody know if the Bolshoi is coming to the U.S in the winter. I heard rumors about it and they where going to also come to Minnesota. I tried looking on their website but it says 'Under Construction'. Anybody know for sure?
  13. I love reading biographies on dancers. My favorites are Margot Fonteyn: Autobiography, Anna Pavlova-the Genius of Dance, and I second Toni Bently's book (Winter Season). And I would suggest Gelsey Kirkland book. But I've lost it! I just bought it and was just about to read it when we had to move everything for our new carpeting, and now, gone! . And then there's a fiction book that even my sister read (that's saying something!). It's called 'Dancer' but I don't remember the author. ~*Meghan*~
  14. I also love Margot Fonteyn and Rudolf Nureyev dancing in Romeo and Juliet. With the Royal Ballet. Romeo and Juliet is one of my favorite ballets and Margot Fonteyn and Rudolf Nureyev are both one of my favorite dancers so the video is doubly enjoying to me! ~*Meghan*~
