Hi I am new here so please forgive me if I have put this in the wrong place (I am still trying to figure a lot of things out). I was reading that they had made a new recording of La Bayadere by Decca with Tamara Rojo, Carlos Acosta and Marianela Nunez in. Is this true? I can's seem to find this dvd anywhere. Thanks for any help.

I was at the March 16th performance when they filmed this sitting front row in the centre. Marianela Nunez was breath taking in all aspects. I dont think I actually moved a muscle while she was dancing. Thaigo Soares wasn't as stronger partner, but his acting was great. Th look on his face when he realised the mistake he had made was heart breaking. However when I watched the dvd I didn't always feel that same enthralment I had felt while watching it live. It is still a great dvd though.
