I came out Stravinsky the first time, but with just a couple of little changes came out Rachmaninoff the second time! I prefer the second one smile.gif

Prokofiev. Not happy about that given his (reportedly)unpleasant outburst at Balanchine. Manhattnik, did your web poking turn up any
"Dead European Composers' Personality Tests?" I'm sure I'd be Mozart. Flighty, Childlike, sure of my own genius even though those around me are doubtful, and probably won't be appreciated until I'm gone. biggrin.gif

Igor, here - reporting from my water-logged grave in the Venetian lagoon. I guess I didn't drink enough vodka, but Gyorgi did dish out great zakouski. We had lots of fun banging out odd rhythms on the pots and pans as he cooked. It was the food that provided my inspiration, I guess, and not the drink.... biggrin.gif

I'm with Alexandra. It said I was Shostakovich, but I know I'm Tchaikovsky, so I cheated and did it a few more times, answering the questions just slightly differently. I still was Shostakovich twice, and Stravinsky once. It took four tries before it told me what I know to be true - I'm Tchaikovsky.

Couldn't decide whether I should be another Rachmaninoff or Rimsky-Korsakov!

Borodin here! I think I'll have to go back and peruse my CD collection and see if I can identify more with his works now that I know we are linked in some ways.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if Glazunov, Balakiriev and Glinka were possible outcomes on the questionnaire?

Hello from Borodin! I tried going back over the "could be this, could be that" questions and changed the answers, one at a time. Borodin kept popping up, then Prokofiev twice, and Rimsky-Korsavov once. Well, Borodin was a chemist as well as a musician, so I guess I'm just as confused!
